Enjoy sunshine from morning till night. The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2024, including a brand new kitchen with new appliances. Upon entering, you'll find an open-plan designer kitchen. The living room dining table seats 8, and the outdoor area accommodates 10. A high chair is also provided. Cable TV includes international, Spanish, and Norwegian channels, as well as Netflix, HBO, and Viaplay. We also have a Fire Stick with over 100 international TV channels. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace. Bedrooms two and three share a spacious bathroom. Bedroom two also features a small desk for working from home and a baby cot. Bedroom three has a bunk bed (90x200 cm). There is also a guest toilet. The complex boasts four swimming pools of varying sizes. We have private parking and accommodation available for your use. It's a seven-minute walk to Santa Maria Golf and a ten-minute walk to the Elviria shopping center, which includes a restaurant. The children's playground is a five-minute walk away. Electricity consumption will be calculated based on the meter reading provided by the electricity supplier during your stay and deducted from your security deposit.
